NC Chapter AABE: 2016 Black Energy Awareness Month Events

October 1, 2016

In recognition of Black Energy Awareness Month (BEAM), the North Carolina Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) is sponsoring BEAM events in Raleigh and Charlotte. The events provide high school students an interactive learning environment to broaden their knowledge about the energy industry and new technology, as well as enhance their exposure to various career opportunities within the energy field. The theme of this year’s event is Power Up Your Future. We are looking forward to partnering this year with General Electric and Electric Power Research Institute. Register today because seating is limited. In addition, we are asking all members to help us spread the word by sharing this email with your professional and personal contacts.
