AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF BLACKS IN ENERGY^®

Volunteers are needed to support the following AABE Committees:

• COMMUNICATIONS - Distribution of Chapter information to the membership
• FUNDRAISING - Development of interactive activities to finance our AABE Houston Chapter events and programs.
• COMMUNITY OUTREACH - Serve as mentors to middle school children with the Prepared 4 Life organization.
• MEMBERSHIP - Recruitment of new members.
• PROGRAM - Organizing and developing quality meetings, activities and events.
• EDUCATION - Selection of qualified high school seniors for energy related awards.
• FINANCE - Monitor and manage the AABE Houston Chapter fiscal accounts. Solicit funding from companies and individuals interested in sponsoring AABE related activites.
• CONFERENCE PLANNING (SPECIAL) - Serve on several subcommittees to develop the Annual AABE National Conference.
