- Maintain all finances and financial statements associated with the Houston Chapter.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date budget with all commitments and actual expenditures for Houston Chapter Planning Meeting which will be held quarterly.
- Prepare a final wrap up of commitments/expenditures for the 2008 January General Meeting.
- Work closely with the Houston Chapter Fundraising Committee to include all sponsorships, donations, and any other commitments/expenditures for the chapter.
- AABE is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
