PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE

The Personnel and Administration Committee reviews and recommends policies to the AABE Board of Directors as they pertain to the Association's personnel matters designed to guide the organization's operation.

The President has overall responsibility for the administration and control of salary and other personnel policies within the broad guidelines recommended by the personnel and administration committee and approved by the AABE Board of Directors.

2008 - 2009 Deliverables

  • Develop and recommend annual personnel evaluation process by September Board meeting.
  • Develop and recommend national office compensation plan by December Board meeting.
  • Develop position descriptions, skills and components for all national office staff positions by December Board meeting.
  • Hire new staff.
