Welcome to the AABE Delaware Chapter Website

Dear Members and Guests:

The Delaware Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) was founded in 2018, and its members are professionals working in companies such as Chesapeake Utilities, Delmarva Power (An Exelon Company), PECO Energy (An Exelon Company), Delaware State University, Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company, Mifflin Consulting and Imani Energy.

Minority professionals in all energy and energy-related disciplines (oil, gas, electricity, nuclear, renewables, government, technology, energy services and water) are welcome to join and give our membership a broader knowledge base. College students at accredited institutions studying energy-related fields are also encouraged to join and participate in AABE.

Our mission is to provide energy professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and students a pathway to learn more about the energy industry through education, mentoring, community service and business networking.

As you navigate through our website, please view our mission, senior officers, committees, activities and programs and come join us as we energize Delaware .

Sincerely,

Enid D. Wallace-Simms
