AABE BOARD COMMITTEE

FINANCE COMMITTEE

The Finance Committee is one of  two standing committees. It has planning and oversight responsibilities for AABE finances, including its fundraising strategies, investments, annual budget and other matters involving finances in which the national association is a party.

2008 - 2009 Deliverables

  • Develop and recommend 2009 budget by December Board meeting.
  • Monitor organization's revenues and expenses and check its balance sheet on a monthly basis.
  • Report financial condition of the organization to the Board at its quarterly meeting and make any recommendations for change, if necessary.
  • Develop profit targets for 2009-2010 national conferences.
