What is The Myers Briggs Type Indicator?
The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types useful in our lives. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator®instrument and knowledge of personality type are used by many organizations, large and small. Personality types can be introduced into an organization to support many different functions and situations including managing others, development of leadership skills, organizing tasks, creation and management of teams, training for management and staff, conflict resolution, motivation, executive coaching, diversity, recognition and rewards, and change management.

Session Objectives:

  • Identify and understand your type
  • Guidance on using your type within an organization/team
  • Improved communication, team building and productivity
  • Learn how your type affects conflict management
  • What motivates your type and how you motivate others
