AABE Scholarship Program

The American Association of Blacks in Energy supports the academic achievements of high school seniors. Annually, AABE awards more than $350,000 in scholarships to applicants selected at the local chapter, regional, and national levels. Our scholarships empower students dedicated to pursuing education and careers in the energy industry.

Eligibility:

  • High school students with a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
  • Plan to major in an approved field (e.g., science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and business)
  • Intend to enroll in an accredited college, university, technical, or trade school in the fall semester.
  • Demonstrated leadership in your community

 

The American Association of Blacks in Energy Scholarship Program application window will open in November 2026.
