Most companies include mentoring as an internal leadership strategy and many engage in mentoring as a function of their community engagement. This webinar will highlight a mentoring partnership between Pepsico and the University of Phoenix focusing on adult mentoring. 

The partnership pairs directors and mangers from Pepsi with working adult students at the University, offering professional expertise and guidance as the students complete their studies and look forward to better career opportunities. The mentoring sessions combine life experience with professional experiences to offer growth opportunities for all involved.
