For more than 15 years, the national organization of AABE has awarded scholarships to outstanding minority high school students. The students must pursue a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution in energy related fields such as science, mathematics and engineering.

In 1994 the Atlanta Chapter of AABE established a scholarship program to provide financial assistance to local high school students. We also grant continuing education awards to college students who are past scholarship recipients. Many of the funds were made available through the efforts and generous support of AABE founding member James K. Davis, for whom the scholarship was named in 1998.

 

To date, Atlanta Chapter has awarded more than $290,000 to 325+ Metro Atlanta students!

 

 

 

 

 

 

AABE is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization. Donations are tax deductible. All net proceeds benefit the scholarship fund.
