Be WinterWise Energy Fair Hosted by Citizens Gas

Citizens Gas will host its sixth annual Be WinterWise Energy Conservation Fair on Saturday, October 16th from 8 a.m. until noon at its main office parking lot at 2020 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN.  The Indiana Chapter of AABE will once again be a vibrant part of this event.
Indiana AABE will provide important information about home energy safety and conservation to the community.  The Indianapolis Fire Department will be on hand to distribute free smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  Various drawings will be held for gift cards, and for free furnace tune-ups. WTLC 106.7 FM radio will be broadcasting live from the event.  Free hot dogs and refreshments will be served.
Community members attending the event also will have the opportunity to sign up for the Citizens Budget Billing Plan, which spreads the cost of winter heating into 12 equal monthly payments. Information about how to apply for energy assistance also will be available.
