The nation’s next generation of energy entrepreneurs are vital to
ensuring our nation’s competitiveness in the clean energy economy of
tomorrow.

With billions of dollars allocated to energy-related research and
development, education, workforce training and related activities hear
how small business and minority energy entrepreneurs are managing the
challenges of harvesting the renewable sources of energy such as solar
energy, wind power, hydroelectricity, geothermal power, biomass and
wave power.

The American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) is a national
association of energy professionals founded and dedicated to ensure
the input of African Americans and other minorities into the
discussions and developments of energy policies regulations, R&D
technologies, and environmental issues.
