Please join us and other energy professionals on Wednesday October 25, 2012, for an informative discussion with Mr. William W. Bennett, Special Advisor at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Recently, Mr. Bennett became Senior Advisor in the Office of Administrative Litigation.  Mr. Bennett has been an energy lawyer for over 25 years.  Prior to joining FERC in 1991, he was a founding partner of a law firm in Washington, D.C. that specialized in utility ratemaking before the District of Columbia Public Service Commission.  He is a career member of the Senior Executive Service and since joining FERC has served as the agency Chief Knowledge Officer, Special Counsel to the Office of Administrative Litigation (OAL) and Director of Technical Division I in OAL where he led electrical engineers, accountants and economists in the prosecution and settlement of a wide range of cases set for hearing by the Commission.

Parking

Dominion employees may park at OJRP in the visitor spots. There is additional parking available for external participants at the City Parking lot, located at the NW corner of 8th and Cary Street. This open-air visitor lot is immediately behind the 8th & Main Building and across Cary Street from OJRP. There will be no charge for those on the RVSP list.  If you plan to park in this lot, please send an RSVP to aabe@dom.com. 

** Please note, there is a fee to park in the Williams Mullen parking deck and the gate will be closed after 7 pm.  We advise all attendees to park at OJRP in the visitor spots or at the City Parking lot.
