Celebrate 50 Years of Leadership, Service, and Impact in Energy

The American Association of Blacks in Energy invites members, partners, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, emerging professionals, and supporters to save the date for the AABE 2027 50th Anniversary National Conference, taking place April 4–7, 2027, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In 2027, AABE will mark five decades of advancing leadership, opportunity, and representation across the energy industry. Since 1977, AABE has brought together professionals and communities committed to shaping a more inclusive and innovative energy future.

This milestone conference will honor AABE’s legacy while looking ahead to the next generation of energy leadership. Attendees can expect meaningful conversations, professional development, networking, signature events, emerging leader and young professional engagement, entrepreneurship and supplier opportunity, and special anniversary experiences.
